These terms govern your use of Qyli Cyber, provided by Qyli Ltd. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them.
The service
Qyli Cyber provides AI-configured cyber awareness training scenarios, cohort dashboards and simulated phishing tools. We may update or improve features over time.
Accounts
You're responsible for your account, for keeping your login secure, and for activity that happens under it. You must give accurate information and be authorised to act for your organisation.
Acceptable use
- Use the training and simulation tools only against people you are authorised to test — your own organisation's staff or pupils, covered by an appropriate acceptable-use or monitoring policy.
- Do not use the simulated phishing features to deceive, harvest credentials from, or harm anyone outside that authorised scope.
- Do not misuse, attack, reverse-engineer or resell the service without our permission.
Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually through Stripe at the price shown at checkout. Plans include a limit on the number of unique members you can train per month. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You can cancel at any time from your billing settings; access continues until the end of the paid period.
Intellectual property
Qyli Cyber, including its scenarios and content, remains our property. You keep ownership of the data you put into the service.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided "as is". Cyber awareness training reduces risk but cannot guarantee protection against every threat. To the extent permitted by law, our liability to you is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
