These terms govern your use of Qyli Cyber, provided by Qyli Cyber Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 17350994) with registered office at 66 Paul Street, London, EC2A 4NA. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them.
The service
Qyli Cyber provides AI-configured cyber awareness training scenarios, cohort dashboards and simulated phishing tools. For escape rooms, it can also show each person who agrees a read of where to sharpen, and suggest follow-up training from it for you to send. We may update or improve features over time.
Accounts
You're responsible for your account, for keeping your login secure, and for activity that happens under it. You must give accurate information and be authorised to act for your organisation. When you sign up, you accept these terms, our Data Processing Agreement and our Privacy Policy; we record which versions you accepted and when.
Acceptable use
- Use the training and simulation tools only against people you are authorised to test — your own organisation's staff or pupils, covered by an appropriate acceptable-use or monitoring policy — and send simulations only to their organisation email addresses.
- Tell the people you train or test, before their results are recorded, what is recorded, who can see it and how long it is kept. Our participant notice is written for this. You confirm you have done so each time you send a simulated phishing campaign.
- Do not use a person's results, skill read or follow-up suggestion as the sole basis for a disciplinary, dismissal, pay or similar decision about them.
- Do not use the simulated phishing features to deceive, harvest credentials from, or harm anyone outside that authorised scope.
- Do not misuse, attack, reverse-engineer or resell the service without our permission.
Personal data
For the personal data of the people you train or test, you are the controller and we are your processor; our Data Processing Agreement forms part of these terms and prevails over them on personal data. For your own account details we are a controller: see our Privacy Policy.
Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually through Stripe at the price shown at checkout. Plans include a limit on the number of people you can have on your training roster at once. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You can cancel at any time from your billing settings; access continues until the end of the paid period.
Intellectual property
Qyli Cyber, including its scenarios and content, remains our property. You keep ownership of the data you put into the service.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided "as is". Cyber awareness training reduces risk but cannot guarantee protection against every threat. To the extent permitted by law, our liability to you is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
