The problem

Annual compliance training doesn't change behaviour. We have the data.

Slides and quizzes test knowledge. The brain learns from experience, emotion, and consequence. That's why traditional cyber training fails — and why your last campaign didn't move a single needle.

The Qyli Cyber approach

Rehearsals, not slideshows.

Three things make Qyli Cyber different from every other awareness platform: AI configures the training to your team, the scenarios are actually fun, and the dashboard tells you what to do next.

1

AI-configured

Describe your team to Qyli — sector, size, risk focus — and a tailored scenario is configured in 60 seconds. No content libraries to browse, no admin work to do.

2

Actually fun

Escape-room-style scenarios with a clock, real consequences, and an active breach to stop. Your team gets pulled in. They finish. They remember.

3

Tells you what to do

After deployment, the AI Cyber Analyst reads your cohort data and recommends specific reinforcements — not a generic CSV export, an actual next-step plan.

Phishing simulation

The click becomes the lesson.

Most phishing tests just tell you who failed. Qyli Cyber turns that moment into training. The instant someone clicks, the click is recorded, they are shown exactly what they missed while it is still fresh, and they are enrolled into a short follow-up scenario — automatically for anyone already on your roster, or a one-click confirm on the dashboard for anyone new.

📨

Send the test

A realistic simulated phishing email lands in your team's inboxes.

👆

See who clicks

Every click shows up live on your dashboard — no guesswork, no waiting.

🎯

Follow up with training

Everyone who clicked is shown the red flags they missed and enrolled into a short follow-up scenario — automatically if they're already on your roster, or with a one-click confirm from the dashboard if they're new.

The evidence

Awareness training that actually moves the numbers.

Most security training is a box-tick: everyone watches a video once a year and nothing changes. Qyli Cyber runs short, repeated campaigns and measures what people do — tracking click rate, report rate, time-to-report, repeat clickers, and departmental breakdown — so you see risk falling campaign after campaign, not just completion rates ticking up.

The breach is spreading. Can your team contain it?

Forget the once-a-year, break-the-budget physical escape room. This one runs anytime, on any laptop — and it fights back.

A breach lands in one of your departments. Your team has to read the scene, tell the real threats from the convincing decoys, and shut it down before it spreads. Get it wrong, and it laterals — Finance to Sales to IT to HR — each department harder than the last, the breach digging deeper with every mistake. Contain it fast and you're out clean. Let it run, and you'll be firefighting across the whole organisation. Exactly like the real thing.

Choose your level — from IT Manager to CISO, where a single wrong call is all it takes. And when it's over, you don't just get a winner. You get the data: who spotted the threat, who got fooled, how far the breach travelled before your team stopped it. Run it again next quarter and watch them get sharper.

Cyber resilience you can actually measure — not a day out you do once a year.

FAQ

Common questions

Three differences. First, AI configures the training — you describe your team and Qyli Cyber picks the right scenario and focus in 60 seconds rather than you browsing libraries. Second, the scenarios are escape-room style with a clock and real consequences, so people actually engage rather than skip through videos. Third, the dashboard tells you what to do next — not just "here's a CSV of who completed" but "these four people fell for the same trick and here's the 5-minute reinforcement to fix it."
Yes. You send a realistic simulated phishing email to your team and see exactly who clicks, live on your dashboard. The instant someone clicks, the click is recorded, they're shown the red flags they missed while it's still fresh, and they're enrolled into a short follow-up training scenario — the invite goes out immediately for anyone already on your training roster. Anyone new is queued on the dashboard for you to confirm in one click, so a follow-up never quietly uses a seat you didn't mean to spend.
Security awareness training is a recognised control under SOC 2, ISO 27001, NIS2, and UK GDPR, and Qyli Cyber is built to deliver it. Every participant gets a completion record with UTC timestamps, scores, and per-puzzle performance, and you can export those records to CSV for audit — account-wide for any date range, or per deployment with optional question-level detail. Available on every plan.
Qyli Cyber uses a curated scenario engine. The AI doesn't generate puzzles from scratch (which would be unreliable) — it maps your requirements to proven scenarios with the right difficulty and focus areas. We use Anthropic's Claude API; under its commercial API terms your data is never used to train models, and it's processed under strict GDPR-compliant terms. Full DPA available on request.
Yes, monthly plans cancel anytime through your billing portal — no support tickets, no negotiations. Annual plans run for the year you committed to, with auto-renewal you can disable in one click. We don't do retention dark patterns. If the product isn't working for you, we'd rather know.
Not yet. SSO and SCIM provisioning aren't available today — they're on our roadmap. If you need them for an Enterprise rollout, talk to us and we'll factor your requirements into the build order.
Qyli Cyber picks the right scenario for your context from the library — a finance team gets the CEO-fraud and invoice scenarios, a team that handles personal data gets the UK GDPR drill. For deeper customisation, Enterprise customers can commission custom scenario variants, typically built within 2-4 weeks.
Every scenario has three difficulty levels — beginner, intermediate, and advanced — which change the puzzle set, the timer, and the pass threshold. Qyli Cyber picks a default based on your description, and you can override it per deployment.
